What we do to keep Packzup usable for everyone, and how to tell us when we have failed.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is a target we work towards continuously, not a certification we hold.
What is in place
- Semantic headings and landmarks, so screen readers and reader modes can navigate a page structurally.
- Keyboard access to navigation and interactive elements, including the destination menu, with visible focus outlines.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text and interface elements.
- Reduced-motion support: if your system asks for less motion, animation and transitions are switched off.
- Layouts that reflow to narrow screens and support browser zoom without horizontal scrolling.
Where we know we fall short
Advertising is served by a third party and we do not control the markup inside individual adverts, so their accessibility varies. Some older articles contain images whose alternative text is thinner than we would like; we improve these as we revisit pages.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, that is a fault we want to fix. Email editorial@packzup.com with the page and what went wrong — a plain description is enough, you do not need technical detail. We treat accessibility reports the same way as corrections.
