These terms govern your use of packzup.com. They are deliberately short and in plain English. Using the site means you accept them.
What Packzup is
Packzup is an independent travel publication. We publish destination guides, comparisons, itineraries, cost breakdowns and planning tools. We are a publisher, not a travel agency: we do not sell trips, take bookings, hold your money, or act as an agent for any operator.
Use of the site
- You may read, print and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may quote us with attribution and a link to the page you are quoting.
- You may not republish articles in full, scrape the site at a scale that degrades it for other readers, or present our work as your own.
- You may not use the site to break the law, or to interfere with its operation or security.
Our data, and reusing it
Some of our research is published deliberately as open data, including the climate dataset behind our “best time to visit” guidance. Those datasets and their licence terms are set out on the travel datasets page. Editorial articles are not covered by that licence.
Accuracy and your own judgement
Travel information dates. Prices change, visa rules change, businesses close. We correct what we find and what readers report, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm anything that carries real consequence — entry requirements, health rules, safety guidance — with an official source. See our disclaimer.
Links to other sites
We link to third parties, including a small number of affiliate partners disclosed on our affiliate disclosure page. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, terms or privacy practices.
Liability
We publish in good faith and take accuracy seriously. To the extent permitted by law, Packzup is not liable for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of what you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the review date below.
