The hardest part of planning a trip is not choosing the destination — it is the sequence of decisions that follows. When is the right window. How many days do you need. What’s a realistic daily budget. Which neighbourhoods to base in. How to weigh one destination against a similar one.
This is the central planning hub for everything we publish on those questions. For every destination we cover, we maintain four interconnected planning resources: the full travel guide (first-hand reporting), a best-time-to-visit breakdown (month by month), a structural itinerary (sequencing logic), and a travel budget (what the trip actually costs). Plus an interactive comparison tool that sets any two destinations side by side.
Below: a complete index, organised by region. The fastest way to use it is to find your destination, then walk through best-time → itinerary → budget in that order.

How we plan
Every planning page on Packzup is structured around three constants — weather, crowds, and price — and built from first-hand reporting rather than aggregated AI content. We update each guide after every return visit, mark every “Updated [Month] [Year]” with the actual date, and refuse press trips and tourism-board sponsorships so the recommendations stay honest.
If you find an error, a price that’s gone stale, or a recommendation that no longer holds — tell us. We rewrite based on what we hear back.
